* Job Title: NOC Engineer - Shift Lead
* Salary: £48,000-52,000 - open to discussions based on experience
* Location: Belfast
* Contract: Permanent, full-time
* Work Pattern: 4 on / 4 off rotating days and nights (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am)

* Ensuring accurate ticket updates and SLA compliance
* Driving process improvements and operational standards
* Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Desirable:
* Experience leading technical support, NOC, or service desk teams
* Strong incident management and escalation handling skills
* Background in network operations or IT support environments
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Experience working within ITIL/SLA-driven environments
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a 24/7 operation
