Finance Manager - International Online Job Description About the role: Role: Finance Manager - International Location: Head Office, Leicestershire Salary: Competitive plus car and bonus At NEXT, our international footprint is expanding rapidly, and we're looking for a Finance Manager to help drive the financial performance of our 80 international websites across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. Join our dynamic International Finance team and play a key role in shaping the future of our overseas operations. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure pricing, forecasting, and profitability are aligned by country, division, and brand supporting the growth of our Next Direct (Online) business. • Lead financial management across our international online business. • Own end-to-end profitability analysis: from pricing to net profit by region. • Support sales and profit forecasting (weekly, by country). • Evaluate and optimise pricing strategies (by division, country, and brand). • Provide insight into international returns rates, currency fluctuations, payment methods, and tender profitability. • Contribute to audit preparation and business case development for new markets. • Business Partner with the E-commerce team to model and track new business appraisals About you: • Proven experience at Finance Manager level. • Strong commercial acumen with full P&L ownership. • Confident working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Excellent senior stakeholder management skills. • Demonstrated experience in people management – leading at least 3 senior finance analysts. • Comfortable collaborating with non-finance stakeholders across the business. • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and thrive under pressure.
