Overview
This role provides strategic support and delivery across three key areas: Healix International's Crisis Security & Risk Management (CSRM) Programme (also known as 'The Academy'), the Training & Development consultancy and e-Learning services, and departmental quality and performance management.
Responsibilities
* General - Partner with the Global Security Office Centre (GSOC) function to support the Consultancy and GSOC management team in achieving strategic goals. Promote a collaborative, resilient, and high-performing team culture. Ensure effective communication between GSOC and other departments.
* Recruitment - Support recruitment of high-calibre candidates for internal and embedded roles, ensuring alignment with company values and CSRM objectives. Collaborate on job descriptions, advertising, and candidate selection with HR and managers. Oversee vetting, onboarding, and training coordination for new starters. Ensure embedded programmes are adequately staffed and administratively supported.
* CSRM Programme (The Academy) - Lead the CSRM Programme in collaboration with DSIS and GSOC management. Coordinate training schedules and optimise use of platforms like Litmos. Develop and manage course exams, attendance, and marking. Engage with third-party providers and ensure training quality. Work toward official credentialing and promote the programme with marketing support.
* Training & Development Consultancy - Support enhancement of consultancy services. Assist with training content and client-facing materials. Coordinate logistics for client training and monitor market trends to keep offerings competitive.
* E-Learning Services - Lead e-learning projects, working with subject matter experts and third-party providers. Support marketing and sales in promoting e-learning offerings.
* Quality & Performance Management - Identify and implement service improvements. Collect and report on performance data (SLAs, KPIs). Establish project management frameworks and oversee feedback and complaints processes. Design and analyse client feedback surveys. Support internal reporting and operational planning tools (e.g., CapStats, TOGA, TIGA, ConOps). Ensure compliance and quality across regional asset networks.
* Business Development & Stakeholder Engagement - Understand and communicate the Healix value proposition. Represent the GSOC approach internally and externally. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments including Executive, Sales & Marketing, Medical, IT, Finance, and Projects.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience: Proven experience in training, talent development, service quality and instructional design.
* Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of training and quality management implementation.
* Tools Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (e.g., Litmos).
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills; able to engage diverse audiences and provide clear feedback.
* Project Management: Able to manage multiple programmes and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Performance Delivery: Demonstrated ability to meet objectives and KPIs, including: timely delivery of CSRM and L&D programmes; high training completion and engagement rates; quality improvements from audits and feedback; positive training feedback scores.
* Proven experience in a Learning and Development role.
* Strong communication skills.
* Experience in leading e-learning service projects.
* Experience in the Risk and Travel industry.
