Are you passionate about working outdoors and taking pride in maintaining pristine green spaces? We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to to join our dedicated grounds team for the 2026 season (April – October).
We are looking for a Greenkeeper to join our team at Kilnwick Percy near Pocklington. Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
This is a seasonal position to work full time hours. This will be 40 hours across 5 variable days which will include weekends and bank holidays.
Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business..

About The Role
Main responsibilities:
The successful Greenkeeper will
* Assist with maintenance of golf course and estate grounds; including mowing, strimming, fertilising, and turf care
* Support seasonal planting and landscaping projects
* Operate and maintain groundskeeping machinery safely and efficiently
* Monitor turf and plant health, reporting pests, disease, or damage
* Maintain high standards of general upkeep and presentation

* Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and seasonal hours.

Desired Criteria
* Previous landscapes experience is preferred
Required Criteria
* Right to Live and work in the UK
* A driving licence and the ability to drive is essential for this role due to the use the site buggies / vehicles.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential
