As a Support Worker, you will:
8. Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks
9. Provide companionship and emotional support
10. Help clients maintain their independence and well-being
11. Support clients in community activities and appointments
12. Safely assist clients with mobility using Moving & Handling techniques
13. Support individuals who present with challenging behaviour, using a calm, professional, and person-centred approach
Requirements:
14. At least 6 months of UK-based experience in care and support work
15. Experience working with challenging behaviour and confidence in supporting individuals with complex needs
16. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
17. Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
