Responsibilities
* Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers to deliver solutions
* Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices
* Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies
* Manage technical risks and ensure the timely delivery of projects
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments
* Provide on‑call support in 4‑hour slots, including weekends, as part of a rotating schedule (up to 3 slots per week)
* Hybrid work model with flexibility to work remotely or in the Windsor, Connecticut office
Qualifications
* 8+ years of experience as a senior .NET software engineer
* Must have: C#, .NET 6 or later, REST, GraphQL, Docker, RabbitMQ, Postgres, OpenTelemetry
* Good to have: MassTransit, MartenDB, CQRS, Event Sourcing, Frontend development
* Hands‑on experience with microservices and transformation from monolithic to microservices
* Experience working with geographically distributed teams
* Application profiling, debugging, and performance tuning
* Technical leadership and architecture experience – lead decisions on technology stacks, design system architecture, and ensure scalability and security
* Experience coaching developers, reviewing code to ensure quality standards, and promoting best practices such as testing and documentation
