Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments in accordance with the Care Act.
* Carry out S9 assessments and S27 reviews.
* Fulfil duties in line with the Mental Capacity Act 2005, Mental Health Act 1983/2007, and the Equality Act 2010.
* Work in partnership with agencies and multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic and effective care for service users.
