Shillito Group are recruiting for a skilled CNC Miller to join a growing precision engineering business.
This is a days based role offering stability, long-term progression, and the opportunity to work on high spec components in a clean, well run environment.
The Role
* Program, set and operate CNC milling machines using Fanuc / Manual Guide
* Machine high-precision components to tight tolerances
* Work with a range of materials including stainless steel, titanium and specialist alloys
* Carry out first off and in process inspection
* Select tooling, speeds and feeds to optimise performance
* Take ownership of jobs from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a CNC Miller in a precision environment
* Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls
* Ability to program, set and operate independently
* Confident working to tight tolerances and complex drawings
* Proactive approach with a focus on quality and efficiency
* Offline programming experience would be advantageous (Fusion 360)
