What you’ll own You will be responsible for the performance of your partner portfolio, delivering against revenue targets through structured account management, effective partner engagement and consistent execution of commercial activity. What you’ll do Own and deliver revenue growth across a defined portfolio of UK trade partners, aligned to company OKRs Build and execute commercial account plans that drive sales, market share and long‑term partner value Develop strong, credible relationships with senior partner stakeholders to influence behaviour and performance Identify and activate high‑ROI opportunities across sales, marketing and distribution Design and deliver co‑op marketing initiatives with clear commercial outcomes and measurable returns Represent Hurtigruten confidently through agent training, presentations and industry events (including public speaking) Act as a senior brand ambassador at UK and international trade events, awards and educational trips Use data and insight to track performance, spot trends early and turn insight into action Collaborate closely with internal and global teams to ensure partners are fully supported in market Why this role matters Commercial impact: Your work directly contributes to revenue growth and partner performance across UK & Emerging Markets Exposure: You’ll work with a range of partners and internal stakeholders, gaining experience across different markets and channels Market visibility: You’ll play an active role in representing the brand within the travel trade
