Support Worker – Adults Service
Location: Forfar & Montrose
Pay Rates: £15.68 – £16.25 per hour
Shift Times: 8am – 8pm
Contract: Full-Time – Potential to Go Permanent
At The Social Care Community Partnership (TSCCP), we’re currently recruiting Support Workers to join our team in the Forfar and Montrose areas. This role involves supporting adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives in their own homes and community settings.

Your Role:
You’ll provide compassionate, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities — promoting independence, encouraging social inclusion, and assisting with daily living tasks such as personal care, medication, and community participation.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year experience in a support role
* SSSC registration
* A caring, reliable, and professional approach
