Complex Care Assistant
Location: East Ham, London
Pay: Monday to Friday £12.71, Saturday £14.96, Sunday £17.45
Shifts: Monday to Sunday, 10am-8pm & 10am-9pm
We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled care assistant to join our team in East Ham, supporting one of our clients with a range of complex health needs. Our client likes to smile, and he likes when people pay attention to him, however he does not like too much noise. He has a calm nature. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person‑centred care.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing personal care and mobility support
* Supporting with clinical tasks
* Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs
Essential Experience
* Enteral feeding
* Non Invasive Ventilation
* Oral Suctioning
* Oxygen Therapy
