Are you a caring and adaptable Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in local primary and secondary schools? Vision for Education is currently recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants to join our pool and support schools across Bournemouth and nearby areas from September 2025 onwards.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and want to gain experience in a variety of classroom settings — whether you're looking for regular work or occasional cover.
The Role:
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
2. Working with small groups or one-to-one with pupils who need additional support
3. Promoting positive behaviour and helping maintain a focused learning environment
4. Assisting with classroom setup and general administrative duties
This role is ideal for:
5. Experienced Teaching Assistants looking for variety
6. Individuals seeking school experience before teacher training
7. Support staff returning to education

Requirements:
9. Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
10. A proactive and flexible approach
11. Strong interpersonal skills
12. An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
