We’re looking for a commercially minded B2B marketer with FinTech experience who knows how to turn complex product stories into clear, compelling campaigns that convert.
In the role As Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead demand generation strategy and execution across key verticals including finance, emerging payments tech, and other targeted B2B sectors.
You will sit at the centre of marketing, sales, and product. Your job is to translate positioning into campaigns that build visibility, create qualified demand, and move prospects through the funnel with confidence.
What You’ll Be Doing
Demand Generation and Campaign Leadership
Plan and execute multi-channel B2B growth campaigns aligned to defined ICPs
Shape campaign messaging, sequencing, and audience targeting across digital channels
Build vertical-specific narratives in partnership with Product Marketing
Ensure marketing activity supports current commercial priorities and live opportunitiesSales Enablement
Develop high-quality sales tools including pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers and proposals
Support event activation strategies with clear ROI tracking frameworks
Work closely with commercial teams to address objections and friction points in the sales cycleChannel and Brand Execution
Own LinkedIn campaign strategy and performance
Oversee campaign landing pages and website messaging
Coordinate PR activity and thought leadership initiatives
Ensure CRM journeys support inbound qualification and nurturePerformance and Optimisation
Track campaign effectiveness, pipeline attribution, and ROI
Identify conversion bottlenecks and implement improvements
Deliver structured monthly reporting to senior leadershipBrand Stewardship
Maintain a bold, clear, human tone of voice across all external communications
Ensure messaging accuracy and internal alignment before market release
What You’ll Need
Proven experience in B2B growth or demand generation marketing
Background in Fintech and / or Payments
Ability to simplify complex propositions into compelling market narratives
Strong collaboration skills with sales teams in pipeline-driven environments
Commercial awareness and focus on measurable revenue impact
Confidence using CRM platforms, campaign analytics, and reporting dashboards
Comfortable working in structured sprint cycles with clear ownership
