What you’ll be doing as a Mechanical Design Engineer: Designing moving and rotating parts, motion control products, and complex electromechanical systems. Creating detailed 3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings using SolidWorks or similar CAD software. Collaborating with electrical, software, and production teams on multidisciplinary projects. Supporting the full product lifecycle from concept, design, prototyping, testing, and final release. Improving designs for manufacturability, efficiency, and reliability across multiple industries. What we’re looking for as a Mechanical Design Engineer: Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Strong experience designing moving parts, motion control systems, and complex assemblies. Proficient in SolidWorks (or equivalent CAD software). Knowledge of DFM, GD&T, and product lifecycle management. Highly desirable: experience with electromechanical systems or an appreciation/understanding of electrical design. Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. Passion for innovation and working on technically challenging projects.
