Working closely with the class teacher, you will play an integral role in supporting pupils across KS2, including those with additional needs. About the Role
As a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Provide targeted support to pupils during lessons, small groups, and intervention sessions
• Assist pupils with SEND, helping them access the curriculum and thrive in the classroom
• Foster confidence, independence, and positive learning behaviours
• Help create a warm, engaging classroom environment where all children feel encouraged
• Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and external professionals
