ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR
Location: New Broughton

Shift: 12 Hour Days & Nights
A fantastic opportunity for a strong maintenance engineer in a state‑of‑the‑art, fully automated, fast‑paced factory. You will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance, fault‑finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of fully automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency. This role also involves supporting and leading a team of engineers on shift, helping drive performance, safety, continuous improvement and engineering standards across the factory.

Non-Negotiable Requirements
* Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
* Hands‑on experience with pre‑planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast‑paced industrial factory.
* Previous experience leading or supervising engineers within a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
* Hands‑on electrical fault‑finding experience.
* Recognised electrical engineering qualification.
* Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to support team performance, mentoring and shift coordination.
Desirable Requirements
* Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
* Experience within food manufacturing, bakery or FMCG environments.
* Experience with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
