As a Virtual School Education Liaison Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to raise educational achievement for children in care. You’ll bring precision, initiative, and a collaborative spirit to a wide range of tasks, working closely with schools, colleges, carers, and social workers. Your ability to stay organised, resilient, and empathetic will be key as you navigate complex situations and advocate for the best educational outcomes. With strong ICT skills and a deep understanding of trauma‑informed practice, you’ll help ensure every child receives the support they need to thrive.
