Job Title : Delivery Lead - Northampton - Digital Acquiring Location : Northampton Salary/Rate : £350 Per Day Inside IR35 Start Date : 14/07/2025 End Date : 31/12/2025 Job Description : To manage the efficient delivery of large-scale technical projects and capabilities across the bank and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations throughout the software product lifecycle, adhering to agreed time, budget, and quality requirements. Accountabilities : Manage delivery, resource allocation, and improvement of complex technical project capabilities across the bank using Agile/Scrum methodologies for planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and execution of sprints. Collaborate with customers and business teams to manage and implement customer trials to support technically feasible solutions, with clear effort and timeline expectations. Work closely with software engineers, QA teams, product managers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and features aligned with the bank's objectives, regulation, and security policies. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with technical projects to prepare the bank for potential challenges. Manage change requests and ensure effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Manage vendor relationships involved in technical projects to ensure delivery against agreed terms. Stay informed about industry technology trends, adopting new approaches where beneficial, and fostering a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and growth.
