Successful Sales Manager will lead and inspire the team to prioritise outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets. Daily work will be varied, fast‑paced, challenging but rewarding. People are at the heart, so experience leading, coaching and motivating a team is crucial.
About the role
To be a successful Sales Manager you will:
* Support the Store management team across all product areas, back‑of‑house and run the store when needed.
* Manage a team to deliver amazing service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment where targets are met.
* Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring the team is at the core of everything you do.
* Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team.
* Ensure communication is up‑to‑date and accurate at all times to meet business needs.
About you
* Passionate about customers, people and products; energetic approach inspires and motivates others.
* Exceptional commercial understanding, with the know‑how to create a fantastic shopping experience for customers.
* Team player who performs best in a results‑driven, fast‑paced and challenging environment. Able to adapt quickly and bring the team on board with new objectives.
* Great communicator who works naturally with people at all levels, remaining calm and approachable under pressure.
* Problem‑solving, sound business decision‑making, confident in challenging processes and generating innovative ideas to advance the business.
* Confident in handling people issues.
* Effective multi‑tasker who can plan, organise and prioritise workload.
