HR Business Partner
Location: On-site, Nr Newcastle Under Lyme
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
A growing manufacturing business is looking for a hands-on, commercially aware HR Business Partner to join its senior leadership team and play a key role in driving transformation across the site.
This is a critical appointment for the business as it embarks on a period of significant change, including physical site investment and a cultural shift to support future growth. The successful candidate will lead on both strategic and day-to-day HR, working closely with operational teams to embed new ways of working and ensure a high-performance culture.
This is a fully on-site role in a legacy industrial environment, and previous experience in manufacturing is essential.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Shaping and delivering the people strategy to support business transformation
* Leading engagement, communication and cultural change initiatives
* Managing the full employee lifecycle including employee relations, recruitment and development
* Coaching managers and supporting capability building across the site
* Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and playing a full role in the leadership team
* Driving continuous improvement in HR systems, processes and practices
* Supporting change at pace while maintaining day-to-day operational HR delivery
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in a senior HR role within manufacturing or a similar industrial setting (essential)
* A strong balance of strategic thinking and operational delivery
* Comfortable being visible on the shop floor and leading from the front
* Experience delivering business change or transformation projects
* Commercially minded, with a good understanding of how HR impacts business performance
* CIPD qualified or equivalent
