The opportunity
As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering a full-scale renovation and fit-out, coordinating all aspects of construction, design, and delivery. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to bring a bold vision to life—creating a space that blends style, comfort, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the project lifecycle from planning through to handover
* Manage contracts, budgets, schedules, and procurement
* Liaise with architects, structural engineers, M&E consultants, interior designers, and contractors
* Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
* Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams
* Drive quality and efficiency throughout the build process
About you
* Proven experience managing construction projects, ideally in hospitality or leisure
* Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure
* Familiarity with contract administration and project management tools
Desirable
* Experience with design-led refurbishments or adaptive reuse projects
* Knowledge of sustainable building practices and energy efficiency
* A passion for creating memorable guest experiences through thoughtful design
