Sales Manager – Electric Star Pubs (Full-Time, Central Office)
London-based | Monday–Friday (flexible hours)
Electric Star Pubs is a growing group of 9 independent pubs and bars across East and North London. We’re on the lookout for a Sales Manager to join our central team and help drive bookings and revenue focussing our newest venue opening in Shoreditch.
This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll lead by example, convert sales, and help shape the guest experience from first enquiry to final cheers.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead Sales Strategy – Support the Head of Sales and help implement plans that grow pre-booked and organic sales.
* Drive Bookings – Handle B2C/B2B outreach, process enquiries (via phone, email & DMN), and secure bookings with energy and enthusiasm.
* Inspire the Team – Set the standard on service, communication, and conversions. Keep everyone aligned to KPIs and sales goals.
* Build Relationships – Be the face of the business for clients, corporate bookers, and third-party platforms.
* Stay on Top of Numbers – Deliver regular reports on sales, conversion rates, and account performance.
About You:
* Strong communicator with solid planning skills and sharp attention to detail
* Confident in leading, motivating, and influencing others
* Experienced in both proactive and reactive sales
* Comfortable with CRM tools, sales reporting, and juggling multiple tasks
* Genuinely passionate about hospitality and guest experience
Bonus Points If You:
* Have experience in hospitality sales
* Know your way around third-party platforms and corporate accounts
* Can spot a sales opportunity a mile off and know how to close it
