Overview
As Food and Beverage Assistant you'll be responsible for ensuring that guests have a positive, first class dining experience. You'll greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle payments. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised dining area, restocking supplies, and assisting with food preparation as needed whilst working agilely to support the rest of the wider business. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail are essential for this role and you'll always work with Aimbridge's four pillars of Food and Beverage in mind: People, Product, Guest, Performance.
Responsibilities
* Greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle payments.
* Maintain a clean and organised dining area and restock supplies.
* Assist with food preparation as needed and work agilely to support the wider business.
* Uphold Aimbridge's four pillars of Food and Beverage: People, Product, Guest, Performance.
Qualifications & Skills
* Food and Beverage experience isn't essential, but a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience and alignment with brand standards is important.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
* Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff to provide excellent service, with agility to support colleagues across the hotel.
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organised dining area.
* Flexible to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
