Kitchen Sales Designer Role
As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you will support our Trade customers by turning their clients' dream kitchens into reality. Meeting end users in their homes, you will listen to their vision, understand their needs, and offer expert advice. You will then plan and design inspirational kitchens that exceed expectations in both design and utility. You should have the confidence to negotiate with Trade customers while promoting the integrity and value of our products.
Skills and attributes needed:
* Thrives in fast-paced environments
* Prioritisation and organisation skills
* Curious learner
* Full UK Driving license
* Access to your own vehicle
* Previous CAD design experience is preferred but not essential
Experience in this industry is not necessary, as we offer comprehensive face-to-face and online training through our Howdens Academy, covering kitchen measuring, compliance, inspirational design, technical product knowledge, and sales skills. We seek enthusiastic, energetic individuals passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences that lead to sales.
