Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire. We’re looking for a results-driven Workshop Controller to lead our high-performing team at our Accident Repair Centre in Bradford, West Yorkshire. Your Day-to-day Will Include
* Lead and motivate technicians to deliver top-quality work and customer satisfaction.
* Manage workshop workflow, productivity, and safety standards.
* Drive results while keeping communication clear between the workshop and bodyshop teams.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience as a Workshop Controller or Assistant Manager in a main-dealer environment and strong technical knowledge and ability to manage a busy workshop.
* Full UK driving licence (free from excessive penalties).
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication to explain technical issues clearly.
* Customer-first attitude.
