IT Security including Cyber Essentials Plus (desirable). Knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud environments (desirable). Some understanding of Linux operating systems (desirable). Understanding of the concepts of virtualization and containerization (desirable). Responsibilities: First-line and second-line support. Responding to and resolving IT support issues both remotely and in person. Provisioning and deployment of hardware and software. Administration of user accounts both on-premises and in the cloud. Maintaining backup infrastructure both on-premises and in the cloud. Maintaining physical network infrastructure. Assisting in the documentation of IT processes. Assisting in the deployment of new software systems and servers.
