My client is looking for a bike-loving Junior Claims Advisor to support customers through the insurance claims process. This unique role combines customer service with hands-on mechanical work, making it ideal for someone who's comfortable around bikes and confident talking to people.
?? What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting customers through their claims journey with empathy and professionalism
* Stripping and rebuilding bikes to assess damage as part of the claims process
* Handling admin tasks like sales orders, dispatches, salvage, and third-party recovery
* Keeping accurate records and updating internal systems
* Spotting suspicious claims and escalating potential fraud
* Being part of a team that genuinely cares about cycling and customer experience
�? What We're Looking For
* A genuine passion for cycling and bikes-this is a must!
* Someone who's comfortable in both the workshop and on the phone
* Great problem-solving and communication skills
* Organised, calm under pressure, and eager to learn
* Cytech qualifications or bike mechanic experience a strong advantage not a must!
* Confident with MS Office and general IT systems
