A growing and forward-thinking law firm is looking for a creative and highly organised Events Executive to lead the planning and delivery of both online and in-person events. This full-time role offers a mix of office-based and regional travel, with occasional evening and weekend commitments.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on bringing people together and making things happen. You'll be responsible for delivering impactful events—from webinars and seminars to networking receptions—that support business goals, engage clients and partners, and elevate the firm's profile.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and deliver webinars and live events across multiple office locations
* Set up conference stands and assist legal teams with presentations and speaking engagements
* Capture and manage attendee data to support CRM and follow-up activity
* Ensure all events are strategically aligned and deliver measurable value
* Evaluate event outcomes and implement improvements for future activities
* Work with internal teams to identify relevant topics and target audiences
* Manage marketing materials and collateral across offices
* Maximise visibility from events, speaker opportunities, and publications
* Use digital tools to enhance content reach and client engagement
* Support CRM processes to improve return on investment from events
About You
You'll bring proven experience in an events-focused marketing role, with confidence in leading both online and in-person events. Key strengths include:
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Proficiency with webinar platforms and Microsoft Office
* A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a creative mindset
* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams
