Cost Administrator
Location: Gainsborough- Hybrid working (1 day per week from home)
Salary: £33,000 per annum (basic)
Benefits: 25 days holiday (rising with service), Healthcare scheme, 5% pension
We are a well-established and growing manufacturing company based in Gainsborough, seeking a highly motivated Cost Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience in costings and pricing to play a key role in supporting the business's commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare accurate cost estimates for manufacturing projects
* Analyse and interpret data to provide competitive and effective pricing strategies
* Work closely with the production and sales teams to ensure accurate costing of materials and labour
* Maintain and update pricing models to reflect changing costs and market conditions
* Support the continuous improvement of the costing and pricing process
* Ensure that all estimates meet client specifications and company profitability targets
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a cost estimation or pricing role, ideally although not essential within a manufacturing environment
