Key Responsibilities: Deliver one-to-one and small group support to pupils with a variety of SEN, including Autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH), Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), and Complex Learning Difficulties. Assist with personal care tasks when necessary (experience in this area is highly valued). Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students. Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and families to support and implement personalised learning plans.
