We are looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to be responsible for standing Visa Cash App Racing Bulls (VCARB) apart from our competition through developing market-leading, integrated technology partnerships, making our team the envy of the global sponsorship industry, and supporting the securing of new technology partnerships for VCARB to take our brand into the next phase of our evolution. You will help realize our ambition to become one of the worlds’ most disruptive and revered sports marketing properties.

They will be on securing new innovative partnerships and supporting the Head of Commercial (and associated business areas) to maximise the organisation’s commercial revenue, supporting continued on-track and off-track growth. Further, they will include working closely with VCARB’s marketing, technology and engineering departments (and wider business) to devise, plan and deliver new and existing propositions and programmes that fit with our business strategy but can also be commercialised.

Business Development & Sales

Sales – Developing leads, securing meetings, and building relationships with prospective partners at the most senior level through external approaches, existing corporate relationships, and agency introductions.

Strategy– Develop new revenue streams for the team for new prospects and incumbent partners.

Supporting the Head of Commercial to increase revenue and identify new revenue-generating opportunities where required.

Research & Analysis – Understand key analytics to support sales processes.

Presentation Materials – Enhance the team’s full suite of sales materials, including presentations and proposals, to suit the needs of individual partnership prospects.

Partner & Agency Management

Renewals – Support the Head of Commercial in evaluating existing contracts and working towards contract extensions, ensuring partner network stability.

Agency Management – Develop strong and trusted day-to-day links with agency contacts.

Sales Operations & Contract Management

Prospect Management – Maintaining up-to-date records of all sales and business development contacts and activities for internal reporting.

Contracts – Support the closing of partnership agreements, including negotiation of commercial terms, working alongside VCARB’s Legal team and Head of Commercial to conclude contractual agreements.

Experience

* Proven track record in closing high-value contracts and revenue generation
* Ability to create outstanding sales literature that connect with a range of business objectives at B2B companies.
* Comfortable in fast paced environment and working to stringent targets.
* Adept at analysing bespoke data and insights to enhance sales propositions.
* Enviable black book of contacts responsible to marketing budget allocation.
* Persuasive sales techniques, strong negotiation skills and closing dynamics.
* Excel at relationship building internally with key departments supporting the partnership sales process and externally with C-Level Executives at clients.
* A team-first, collaborative and solution orientated approach.
* High enthusiasm with a real passion for their work.
* Resilient with a self-starting attitude.
* Available to travel and participate in 5 to 10 international events a year.
