Role Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of real estate transactions, working with high-profile clients and expanding the firm’s commercial property offerings.
* Demonstrate an excellent track record in all areas of Commercial Property law, including development, investment, regeneration work, and general commercial property matters.
* Support the growth phase of the firm, playing a key role in strategic expansion.
* Develop a strong network of contacts and lead with motivation and expertise.
* Support senior team members and supervise junior staff.
Candidate Profile
* Ideally a Partner or Senior Commercial Property Associate with a following, seeking career progression.
* Experienced in all areas of Commercial Property law, with a focus on development and investment.
* Excellent communication skills and a commitment to client care.
* Strong leadership qualities and a broad professional network.
