Role Overview
We are currently looking for someone with a strong retail background to join our stores team. You will be supporting the achievement of sales within the shop.

Candidate Requirements
* Excellent customer service skills with tact and discretion in communication
* Extensive retail management experience, preferably in fashion/clothing, including cash handling and financial procedures (e.g., sales records)
* Strong leadership skills with proven line management experience
* A compassionate individual passionate about the Marie Curie brand
Using best charity retail practices, creative flair, and leadership by example, you will support the team to create an inviting shop environment that encourages sales and delivers excellent customer service.
