About the role
Reckitt is seeking bright, enthusiastic Graduates to join our Commercial team. You'll be a pivotal part of a team shaping the customer journey and contributing to building meaningful brand experiences. Our Commercial Future Leadership Scheme consists of 2-year rotations providing a holistic view of Sales and Marketing. After completion, you will be equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed in either National Account Management or Brand Management. Both rotations will be based in our UKI office in Slough, Berkshire.
The scheme begins on September 1st, 2026, and after two years, you will transition into a full-time permanent role in sales or marketing.
Your responsibilities
In summary, you'll:
* Collaborate on new product launches and brand initiatives, including tracking their success.
* Support the National Accounts Team in implementing joint business plans.
* Conduct regular analysis and present monthly performance reviews with insights and recommendations.
* Achieve targets related to net revenue, gross margin, 4P (product, placement, price, promotion), and net working capital for your account.
* Contribute creative ideas for brand growth and market presence.
* Work with in-store merchandising to ensure sales execution, shelf availability, and promotional compliance.
* Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategies.
* Support local marketing and promotional activities, learning from best practices.
The experience we're looking for
* Recent or current graduate, any degree.
* Previous experience in marketing or sales is valued but not essential.
* Analytical skills combined with creative thinking.
* Effective communication and presentation abilities.
