Overview
Ambassador for the Unsung Heroes of Construction | Helping construction businesses thrive by building exceptional support teams.
Step into a pivotal role with a leading construction business, delivering high-quality projects across Wales. As Document Controller, you’ll be at the heart of the project team, managing and maintaining all project documentation in the CDE (ASITE) and ensuring the smooth flow of information from day one through to handover.
This isn’t just about filing - you’ll be chasing RFIs, controlling revision processes, supporting quality audits, and keeping everyone aligned on project deliverables. You’ll also liaise with subcontractors, clients, and the wider team, acting as the go-to for document queries and compliance.
We’re looking for someone with solid ASITE experience, site-based exposure, and a good grasp of ISO19650. Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a collaborative mindset are essential – you’ll be trusted to keep the project running smoothly and ensure information management is second to none.
As for your employer. You will be working for one of my key clients and one of my favourite contractors to deal with. An absolute beast of a main contractor delivering some of the most interesting and technically challenging projects across the UK.
If you want a role that combines technical know-how with real project impact, this could be your next challenge.
