As the Installations Manager, you will be central to the company's service delivery, managing a depot-based team overseeing workshop operations and planning projects.
You’ll visit customer sites to manage the installation of pipework, ensuring every project is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

What you’ll be doing:
* Lead and mentor a team of welders, installers, and an apprentice.
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the depot workshop.
* Plan and execute pipework installation projects from start to finish.
* Prepare project drawings and manage subcontractors for quotations.
* Provide exceptional technical support and service to all customers.
* Ensure all work complies with the highest quality and safety standards.
* Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients.
Who they’re looking for:
* Proven experience leading a field service or fabrication team.
* A strong background in welding, pipework installation, and fabrication.
* Ability to plan, manage, and execute technical projects effectively.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Proficiency with MS Office and diagnostic software.
* A full UK Driver's Licence.
