Job Description
Key Responsibilities
3. Support feasibility studies and technical evaluations for engineering projects across utilities & facilities
4. Assist in developing technical specifications and detailed project plans
5. Prepare and maintain project documentation (CAPEX requests, URS, FDS, validation reports)
6. Support supplier selection, coordination and performance monitoring
7. Help deliver projects on time, within budget and to specification
8. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental and GMP standards
9. Support commissioning activities, training and change control processes
10. Track and report project progress using KPIs and project tools
11. Participate in cross-functional project teams within a matrix organisation
12. Support effective project handover to internal stakeholders
13. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practice
The Successful Applicant
Ideal Candidate
14. Degree qualified in Electrical, Mechanical or Process Engineering (or equivalent)
15. 3-5 years' post-graduate experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
16. Exposure to engineering projects within high speed manufacturing
17. Broad mechanical and electrical engineering understanding
18. Working knowledge of project management principles
19. Practical, hands-on approach to problem solving
20. Comfortable working with suppliers, contractors and internal teams
21. Basic CAD knowledge
22. Strong communication skills and a desire to learn and develop
