Job Description
The role of the Registered Manager is to manage the day-to-day activity and to grow a successful care team who individually deliver personal care services to our service users. In running the branch, you will be accountable for ensuring the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet the service demands, that the care work is of the required standard, and that all processes are followed, correctly controlled, and documented.
You will also be responsible for compliance with quality standards internally and for regulators and contract holders.

Branch Structure
* 3 Care Coordinators – Managing care schedules, ensuring efficient service delivery, and providing day-to-day support to staff and clients.
* 1 Care Manager – Supporting operational delivery of care services, ensuring compliance, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
* 2 Field Care Supervisors – Overseeing care quality through client assessments, staff observations, and supervision.
* 1 ECM Officer – Managing the electronic call monitoring system for accurate care delivery and compliance.
* A team of Care Professionals – Providing compassionate, high-quality care to promote independence and wellbeing.

What You’ll Do
As a Registered Manager, you will oversee daily operations and develop a care team delivering personal care services. You will ensure staffing levels meet service demands, standards are maintained, and all processes are properly documented. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.
