Salary: £30,208 - £31,083 assuming good attendance

Our homes support young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming for the best outcomes. Housekeepers contribute by preparing nutritious food, assisting with laundry, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. You’ll be central to creating a positive, supportive environment where young people can thrive and feel cared for.
What We Offer:
* Salary: Base salary of £26,808 - £27,683
* Bonuses: £1,400 Attendance Allowance, £2,000 Regional Allowance, £1,000 Welcome Bonus (post-probation), £1,000 Loyalty Bonus (after 12 months)
* Training: 4-week induction on our Care Academy
* Holiday: 7 weeks’ holiday annually

Who You Are:

* Full UK driving license held for at least 12 months
