In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for designing, specifying, and supporting electrical systems across treatment plants, pumping stations, control systems, and related infrastructure.
In this role you'll work closely with civil, mechanical, process, and control & instrumentation teams, as well as with construction, operations, and external stakeholders.

The Role:
Develop and review electrical design deliverables, including single-line diagrams, cable sizing, distribution layouts, earthing systems, and lighting/small power schemes.
Specify and integrate key electrical and control equipment such as switchgear, transformers, UPS, MCCs, PLCs, and SCADA systems.
Perform load calculations, fault-level analysis, and protection coordination studies, ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety regulations.
Support procurement, commissioning, and site activities, liaising with utility providers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.
The Person:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent qualification).
Experience in electrical engineering within the infrastructure, utilities, or industrial sectors.
Proficient in electrical design tools and understanding of relevant standards.
Commutable to London (2 days per week).
