Based at 57 Strathmore Avenue, Forfar.
We are seeking enthusiastic and resilient sessional social care officers to work across our residential community, with a specific need for our short breaks home for Children with Disabilities based at 57 Strathmore Avenue, Forfar.

Workstyle: This position is workstyle 1 - Fixed. Most of your time will be spent delivering front-line services. Depending on your role, there may be limited requirements to access a specific council location during the week if not delivering services there.
Strathmore Centre is a short breaks residential home supporting children and young people with significant and complex disabilities. We are expanding our services to include community outreach support and overnight short breaks, following significant investment.
We seek resilient individuals with the right personal skills and experience to support our young people. Motivated, enthusiastic candidates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
It is essential to have a full driver’s license and access to a car, including business insurance.
Our services operate 24/7, and the working pattern reflects this.
The hourly rate includes holiday pay, paid as a percentage of your hourly rate and itemized on your payslip. Successful applicants will be placed on our casual worker register and engaged as needed based on service requirements.
