We’re looking for a driven, proactive Business Development Manager to join a market-leading brand with serious momentum. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly alongside a dynamic Director of Sales & Marketing and play a key role in driving commercial growth across a high-profile Leeds-based operation.

The Role
You will take full ownership of proactive sales activity across the Leeds market. This is a field-based, relationship-led role where visibility, networking and personality matter.
You’ll be:
* Generating new business through direct outreach and face-to-face meetings
* Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
* Identifying high-value opportunities using data and market insight
* Creating and executing a targeted sales strategy
* Representing a respected and recognisable brand in the local market
This is a role for someone who enjoys being out in the city, making things happen — not hiding behind emails.

* A strong, sales-focused Business Development Manager
* Proven experience in proactive, face-to-face B2B sales
* Confident, resilient, and full of character
* Well-networked in the Leeds area with strong local knowledge
* Commercially sharp and target-driven
* Comfortable operating at pace in a fast-moving environment
* Highly presentable, articulate and relationship-focused
