Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records and ensuring accurate data entry using Sage accounting software. This role is crucial in supporting the overall efficiency of our accounting department.
please note that pay is starting from & there is potential for salary to increase following probationary period.
There is also an option to be self employed and work freelance, this can be discussed.

Responsibilities
* Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as Sage.
* Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements as required.
* Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors or internal departments.
* Support the finance team with administrative tasks as needed, contributing to a smooth workflow.
Skills
* Proficiency in accounting software including Sage
* Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles.
* Attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* Strong communication skills for liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders.
