Senior / Project Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing Planned Maintenance
* Location: West Yorkshire
* Salary: Competitive - up to £60k
We're looking for an experienced Senior / Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team delivering planned maintenance works across social housing properties in West Yorkshire and Manchester. This includes kitchens, bathrooms, and external eco works - projects that truly make a difference to communities.
What YOu'll Do
* Take full commercial responsibility for planned maintenance projects.
* Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cost plans.
* Manage subcontractor procurement and valuations.
* Ensure compliance with contracts and client requirements.
* Drive value engineering and cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a QS within social housing or planned maintenance.
* Strong knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying (or relevant experience).
