We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our small friendly team and play a lead role in the company's continued growth.
The successful applicant will be able to confidently grow a portfolio of clients, build rapport, create relationships, and increase the revenue within our business.
InXpress is a global parcel freight and shipping business, with over 400 offices worldwide. Each office is individually owned and run. Whilst this position is within a large global franchise organisation, the team you will work in, is small.
As a business, our logistical service offering is vast and not many companies can offer this, which in turn gives us a genuinely interesting USP. It's an enjoyable sell, not a horrible one. If you've developed a thick skin from selling phone or energy tariffs to domestic consumers, or been a sales advisor in a fuel card company, InXpress will offer you a much more interesting and in-depth call, and the strategy required is long term. Our approach is consultative, we listen, qualify, then talk.
Applicants should have a proven track record in telesales, business development and effective use of CRM's. This is an office-based position but will include client facing meetings when applicable.
To be successful in this position, you will need to be able to talk intelligently, smart, gain the trust of the person on the end of the phone, and be able to differentiate yourself from the hundreds of other callers that have called before you.

Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission for the life of the account
