Duties as Year 4 Teacher:
1. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning
2. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil development
3. Maintain high expectations for behaviour and academic achievement
4. Contribute to extracurricular activities and the wider school community
Ideal Year 4 Teacher:
1. Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
2. Has experience teaching in KS2 (or is an ECT with relevant training and enthusiasm)
3. Demonstrates strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners as a Year 4 Teacher
4. Is passionate about providing engaging and inclusive education
5. Works well as part of a team and contributes to the school’s ethos
