Murphy is recruiting for a Resourcer to work with our internal recruitment team based at Golborne. We are looking for an experienced Resourcer to join our internal recruitment team initially on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract with the view to going permanent. This position will play a critical role in identifying, engaging and qualifying potential candidates to build strong talent pipelines. The role will have a strong focus on proactive sourcing, market research and candidate outreach to support current and future hiring needs across Murphy. A day in the life of a Murphy Resourcer Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, CV databases and networking Build and maintain talent pipelines for volume roles across white collar roles Screen CV’s and conduct initial candidate qualification calls Working closely with the Resourcing Business Partners to understand role requirements Conduct market mapping and competitor research Manage and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Coordinate interviews and support the recruitment process as needed Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the early recruitment stages Still interested, does this sound like you? 2-3 years recruitment agency experience Proven experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment, or resourcing Familiarity with ATS systems, CV Databases and LinkedIn Recruiter Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously Knowledge of Boolean search techniques Experience sourcing for technical or hard-to-fill roles
