Role Description
Solicitor – Residential Property
Conveyancing doesn't have to be dull — and neither does the place you work.
We're on the lookout for a Residential Property Solicitor to join our friendly, down-to-earth team in Ipswich. This is a full-time, office-based role (5 days a week) for someone who enjoys getting stuck in, working with good people, and delivering a great service without unrealistic pressures.
This is a key position within a busy department, offering the chance to make a significant impact while enjoying the support of an established Firm.
What you'll be doing
Running your own residential conveyancing files from start to finish
Handling freehold & leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and new builds
Ensuring smooth transactions from instruction to post-completion
Working closely with colleagues and clients
Focusing on quality work within a supportive environment
What we're looking for
A qualified Solicitor with residential conveyancing experience
Someone organised, approachable, and client-focused
Strong communication skills with colleagues and clients
Happy working in the office and being part of a team
Effective in BD/marketing and client relationship growth
