Job Title: QMS Administrator
Department: Alloga Quality
Location: On-site - South Normanton, DE55 2FH
Reports To: QA Manager
Salary: £28,500 p.a. + benefits
Key Tasks
To ensure that all accidents and near misses are reported immediately to the H & S Manager
To ensure that all direct reports adhere to the Company Health & Safety policies/standards at all times
To perform all QA activity in accordance with company procedures and client instructions
To support the business in maintaining compliance to GDP, GMP and ISO 9001 standards by
:
Maintaining documentation within the quality management system
Facilitating the timely review of Standard Operating Procedures
Recording details of quality incidents in the quality system
Reviewing quality incidents and reporting the status of corrective actions
Providing analysis of quality incident reports
Completing corrective actions in accordance with agreed timescales
Maintaining appropriate records of QA activity
Maintaining accurate records of all calibration activity and maintaining the calibration system.
Performing and documenting validation activities as instructed and in accordance with defined protocols
Participating in client and regulatory audits
Documenting and escalating client and customer complaints
Performing internal compliance inspections of operational areas in order to identify opportunities for improvement and agreeing necessary corrective actions with process / area owners
Providing administrative support to the change control system in accordance with the defined change control process
Providing general administrative support to the QA department
Production and maintenance of client quality KPI metrics
Production of client pre audit packs and raising client audits within QPulse
Responsible for monthly pest control reviews including, monitoring open actions
Responsible for reviewing monthly credit reviews
Completing key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the role
Archiving of paperwork, such as technical agreements, calibration certificates
Completion of Customer and Client Bona Fide checks using the Bona Fide database
Responding to client requests in a timely and professional manner
Undertaking additional tasks across the QA Department/Function in accordance with requirements
Appropriate maintenance of the shared email boxes
Raising purchase orders for Quality department
Communicating effectively with all other departments
To carry out any reasonable request from senior management as required and according to business needs commensurate with training and experience necessary to complete such a request in a compliant manner.
