Our Food & Beverage Manager role

Are you a passionate leader who thrives on creating exceptional guest experiences and inspiring your team to do the same? We're looking for someone who brings energy, creativity and precision to every service.
You'll oversee our Salt Bar, Orangery & Samphire restaurant and The Garden, working closely with the kitchen and event coordinator to deliver seamless service, seasonal menus and memorable moments. From celebratory dinners and afternoon teas to garden events, you'll shape the atmosphere to ensure every guest leaves feeling cared for.

As our Food and Beverage Manager you'll be:
* Oversee daily operations of all food & beverage outlets.
* Managing all our drinks lists, including wine within financial paramaters.
* Overseeing the training and development of both the restaurant management, bar and waiting team, including scheduled and on the job training.
* Ensuring that all payroll and revenue budgets are met and that costs directly reflect business levels.
* Overseeing all beverage ordering and deliveries to ensure effective stock control and to minimise wastage.
* Working with the General manager and hesd chef to continually improve all aspects of food & beverage service, menus and business performance.
* Overseeing health & safety within dining areas and enforce all food hygiene regulations.
* Working with the General Manager and Marketing manager to curate events that connect to our commercial goals.
**Your skills:
* Experience of working in a restaurwnt env
ironment.
* A passion for and understanding of good food & wine.
* Previous experience in a Food or Beverage management position
* Previous experience of managing, leading and training a large team.
* Barista experience
* Experience in private dining
* Strong customer service skills and the ability to train and develop staff.
